Models & R&D
Geometry library (sidecuts, profiles/rocker) and flex mapping with rapid loops from CAD to snow. Prototypes and pre-series tested in the Airolo–Andermatt area; data flows back into production.

Materials & Lay-ups
CNC-milled wood cores; fiberglass/carbon laminates with titanal where required. ABS sidewalls, sintered bases and high-grade edges. Compression moulding and PU injection for specific models. QC on tolerances, weight, flex and finish.

Responsibility & Sustainability
Durability-first design and serviceable parts. Small-batch planning to reduce waste, local sourcing when possible, energy-aware processes and controlled chemicals. Transparent notes and metrics available on request.

Limited runs / special editions
Small-batch production for collaborations, market tests and local editions. We build limited series with the same factory-grade standards as our regular production traceability, repeatability and full QC.

Graphics files, color matching, finish options
We turn your designs into print-ready assets: file preparation, paneling and separations. Pantone/RAL color matching with lab samples before go-live.

Rapid prototyping & pre-series
From CAD to snow, fast. We build functional prototypes and pre-series to validate geometry, flex and finishing, then iterate with you on feedback. Short loops, instrumented checks and on-snow tests.

Technical documentation & quality reports
Each batch ships with the documents your brand needs: spec sheets, bill of materials, dimensional and weight/flex measurements, and lot traceability.
